Alderley Park-based Venn Digital is set to recruit 30 new staff after a record-breaking 2022.

The roles include web designers and front-end developers for junior, senior and apprenticeship-level talent.

Venn enjoyed exponential growth in the last 12 months, onboarding over 30 new clients and launching 27 websites.

The successful launch of the Vennture recruitment MarTech platform also contributed to the record-breaking growth.

Venn’s founder Brian Whigham said: “This has been our most successful year to date, and we’re riding the SaaS wave into the new year, investing significantly into our team, culture and Alderley Park tech hub HQ.

“Looking back on this year, I’m incredibly proud of the team and all the hard work that went into the platform, processes and products to help us take another step closer to becoming the market-leading recruitment and careers website provider.

“I’m delighted we now have a clear focus on MarTech solutions for the recruitment and careers industry, and I’m confident that we will surpass our revenue target in 2023.”

Whigham attributed returning to the office after Covid as a key part of Venn’s growth.

“I appreciate many wish the right to work from home however I can honestly say our success accelerated as the team chose to come back in,” he said.

Operations director Rhys Jones added: “Looking ahead, we’ve budgeted for 30 new team members in 2023 already to increase our capacity in line with the growing number of clients.”

Venn’s headcount increased by 61 per cent in 2022 while key clients have included First Point Group, 3Search and Pareto.
