Tech consultancy firm Business Systems Limited has moved into a new state-of-the-art London office as it continues to expand its client portfolio.

The company, which provides call recording and customer experience solutions to some of the largest contact centres and financial organisations in the world, has been based in its Isleworth office since the early 1990s.

However as the business continues to expand its client base, employee and solution offering, it has made the decision to relocate to a more modern surrounding in the heart of the square mile.

Situated in London’s Cannon Green, employees can now enjoy a wide range of standout features in their new surroundings including an onsite cafe, roof terrace and restaurant.

The company has grown its headcount to more than 100, almost doubling, since 2021 and has recently added electric car subscription service Onto to its stellar list of clients which also includes Motorway, Royal London, Hastings Direct & Leeds Building Society.

“What we have today is an environment that fundamentally reshapes how we project ourselves as a business,” said CEO Adam Kantor.

“We’ve created an exciting and flexible office which will enable the team to connect and collaborate as effectively as possible with each other.

“There are a number of fantastic onsite facilities and we’re looking forward to welcoming and hosting our clients here.”

Business Systems Limited’s office includes 24 workstations, three private meeting rooms and four single phone booths as well as a Huddly Canvas which enables whiteboard collaboration and hybrid brainstorming sessions.

The firm has also incorporated additional functionality to its live and legacy call recording management solution Wordwatch, which is currently being used by 80% of the City’s tier 1 banks.

The software has been uniquely designed to consolidate voice data into one central portal in both regulated and non-regulated environments.
