The most promising under-the-radar tech businesses in the North East and Tees Valley are to be showcased at a ‘Pitching Night’ event in Newcastle in November.
In association with Ignite, we are launching a search for fledgling businesses to feature on our first annual North East & Tees Valley Startups 2.0 list.
From the final list of 20+ founder-led companies – all of which will be bootstrapped, pre-seed or angel-backed, and either building or harnessing a unique technology – 10 will be selected to pitch to the audience and a judging panel at the early evening event at TusPark on November 27th.

Founders can nominate their business for the North East & Tees Valley Startups 2.0 list using the form below. The closing date for entries is Sunday 12th November 2023.
TechBlast will then invite several of the companies to pitch, with the winner on the night handed a package of support from Ignite and TechBlast/BusinessCloud.
