NVM Private Equity has promoted Oliver Wildig to investment director in a move which it says demonstrates its commitment to regional private equity investment.

Wildig, who is based at NVM’s Manchester office, joined the firm in 2019 with responsibility for sourcing new investment opportunities, execution and portfolio management.

He has been involved in several new investments including Secure Retail, Mobius Networks and Easby Group, where he currently sits on the board.

“The North of England is leading the way with regional private equity deals, and I am delighted to be part of such an exciting community,” said Wildig.

“NVM has achieved some outstanding multiples on recent deals and is continuing to deliver on its investment objectives of driving value from regional investment by backing high quality business and management teams.

“We have some exciting projects in the pipeline and I am pleased to be taking a more senior role as these deals continue to unfold.”
