Axiologik, a leading digital evolution consultancy based in Leeds, has appointed four new members of staff as part of a huge recruitment drive as the company continues to grow exponentially.

Joining the tech consultancy are engagement director Richard Tulley; delivery manager Louise Sewell; product manager Dave Archbold; and product principle Mark Greenley.

Axiologik is a digital evolution consultancy specialising in the delivery of large scale, highly complex digital transformation initiatives.

It operates client side, providing leadership and expertise on behalf of customers. This may mean leading an entire portfolio of digital change or providing leadership across the whole programme lifecycle.

Speaking on the recent recruitment drive, head of talent Jack Taylor, said: “It’s a very exciting time at Axiologik as the company continues to grow both client side and internally with these four new appointments.

“We’re also recruiting for around 14 more roles across all levels of the business and we’re keen to establish a truly diverse team with all different types of experiences and knowledge, so please get in touch!”

Axiologik’s new product principle, Mark Greenley, said: “I was attracted to Axiologik as it really felt like a business wanting to make a positive difference for the organisations it works with and importantly, understanding that the beneficiaries of that work, user, citizen, visitor must feel that their needs are met.

“It was refreshing to hear that these outcomes were central to the role of everyone at Axiologik and that how we work is as important as what we work on.”

Tech firm Axiologik grows 100% in each of first 5 years

The business was founded by Rob Stanger, Ben Davison and Adrian Stanbury in 2016. It has grown by 100 per cent in each of its first five years, and turnover is predicted to more than double in 2022.

The business recently moved into an office in St David’s Court, a stone’s throw from Leeds train station in a regeneration area of the city, as it ramps up operations after a hugely successful period.
