I was 27 years old when I started Jigsaw24, carrying a big bank loan and loads of energy and chutzpah!
Fast forward to 2022 and we celebrated our 30th anniversary by announcing record revenue of £168.5m.
When I’m asked for the secrets of my success I offer this advice: “A willingness to take risks, especially at the start, and a constant burning ambition to drive, embrace change and create space for innovation – go for it!”
Looking back, I was 20 when I had the opportunity to travel to Japan on an amazing industrial study tour with Toyota and Toshiba, and that trip changed my life.
From that moment I knew I wanted to work in IT, but most importantly, I knew Apple had to be involved.
Fuelled by a love of technology, I set up Jigsaw24 aiming to provide users with the expertise and know-how to make the most out of Apple’s offerings.
We’ve come a long way since then, and the vision is now a reality.
Jigsaw24 is a leading B2B technology solutions provider and is the premier partner for Apple services in the UK.
We sell over 100,000 Apple Macs, iPads and iPhones each year to enterprise customers, and provide technical support to assist companies to integrate Apple technology into their organisations.

At Jigaw24 we have invested heavily in many technical and management areas bringing in a wealth of channel experience.
This technical expertise has allowed us to scale our offering, and as a result, the organisation has gone from strength to strength over the past few years.

In terms of investment we’ve raised all we need to fund our ambitious expansion plans and more but modesty forbids me to reveal any exact figures!
