Storegga, the leading international decarbonisation project developer, has appointed Tim Stedman as its new chief executive officer, following an extensive global search process.  He succeeds Nick Cooper, who has led the company since 2019 and will assume the role of chair with Alan Booth stepping down as executive chair.  Stedman, a former CEO of Agilyx Corporation, a leader in recycling technologies, said: “I am excited for the opportunity to lead this ambitious company in delivering a growing portfolio of global decarbonisation projects.” Prior to Agilyx, Stedman was the senior vice president, strategy and corporate development for Trinseo.

LegalTech Summize has appointed a chief revenue officer as it focuses on expansion and growth. The Manchester firm which recently expanded into North America – opening a base in Boston – has welcomed Rahul Saggar, who has 18 years of experience working in and leading high-growth sales teams including AppSense and Checkpoint. Saggar will be responsible for revenue generation at the company, leading the global sales team in their quest to help businesses streamline their contract management processes using technology and AI.

WithYouWithMe is eyeing international expansion after adding a former key figure at GCHQ to its board. Sally Walker, former director of cyber at the national intelligence agency, has advised the skills-based workforce management firm for the last two years. During that time the company has transformed the technology recruitment and retention landscape, supporting leading organisations to unlock the skill sets of diverse individuals through its ‘Potential’ testing and training platform. Now appointed as a non-executive director, Walker will help it to grow its presence and profitability in key markets. She had a distinguished 25-year career at GCHQ, running the National Offensive Cyber Programme and leading the National Cyber Force.

myPOS

A London FinTech recently taken over in a private equity deal has appointed former PayU boss Mario Shiliashki as CEO. Shiliashki, a veteran of Mastercard and PayPal, joins myPOS, one of the UK and Europe’s largest providers of payments, accounts and card solutions for small merchants and sole traders. He most recently led PayU through growth, M&A and a $610 million exit to fellow FinTech Rapyd. Shiliashki – who is on the board of Swedish firm Fingerprint Cards and Sutton-based FX firm Crown Agents Bank – will also join myPOS’s board of directors.

10x Banking

SaaS banking platform 10x Banking has appointed Will Dale as its regional vice president in APAC.  The FinTech, founded by former Barclays chief executive Antony Jenkins, raised a reported £40m in fresh funding in January. The appointment, which sees Dale join from Mambu – where he held the role of regional VP for nearly five years – sees 10x cement its presence in APAC as part of its mission to bring core banking transformation to financial institutions across the region.
