Steven Scales has been promoted to chief executive officer at Gladstone Software, a leading supplier of leisure management software in the UK and Ireland. He has succeeded Claire Rollins. Suraj Singh has started a new position as marketing director at TransportTech 50 firm i6 Group. He previously worked as head of strategic partnerships and marketing communications at Thrive Media Group.

Tom Parsley has been promoted to principal at global consulting firm Credera, which is the consulting arm of Omnicom, one of the world’s largest advertising networks. He said: “I’ve also formally started a new role as Omnicom channel lead this year, which means I help our colleagues in the wonderful agencies in the Omnicom network find the right MarTech, data, AI and business change experts in Credera to solve client challenges which sit a little outside their day-to-day services.”

Neil Kuschel has started a new position as CEO at InPost UK, which is Europe’s leading automated parcel machine (APM) service provider. He said: “The more I learnt about InPost UK the more incredible I realised the opportunity is. We are on a journey to revolutionise the way the UK consumer sends and receive parcels.” He previously worked at Global-e, which  simplifies global eCommerce.

Vypr

Vypr, which provides global brands with quick and actionable consumer insight to either help bring successful new products to market, has appointed Glenn Porter as chief commercial officer. The Manchester-based business has quadrupled revenues since YFM Equity Partners invested in 2021 and supports major international brands in sectors including retail, food and drink, health and beauty, automotive, and professional services. Porter joins Vypr to lead an ambitious phase of customer growth spanning the UK and international markets. He brings extensive experience from previous roles as chief revenue officer at global digital identity and fraud solutions specialist, GBG, and chief commercial officer at consumer financial product and market intelligence firm, Defaqto.

PR and comms agency Refresh has promoted two key members of its team into strategic roles as the agency evolves its structure to prepare for more growth and expansion in the next 12 months. Lucy Moore, previously associate director, is now director of strategy and partnerships; while Libby Zbaraska, who heads up Refresh’s London office, has been promoted to client services director.
