The Insights Family has made 10 new hires in 2023 as it continues to expand.

The global leader in kids, teens, parents and family market intelligence recently welcomed Tom Williams as chief growth officer and Rachel Bardill as SVP marketing & partnerships.

The further eight hires are across the business including technology, research, customer success and support functions.

The roles are intended to support the Manchester-based organisation’s transition into a high-performance, fast-growth organisation.

New starters include John Osemeke joining the tech team as developer; Nina Nowak as research manager; Matthew Barker and Rebecca Alabeni as senior research executives; Ines Affany, Udoy Nafis Oli and Needa Khan in customer success; and Stephanie Parkinson as business support manager.

“2023 will be a year of significant growth for the company,” said founder Nick Richardson.

“Now that we have our executive leadership team and new structure in place, we will continue to build a team who can take all aspects of our business to the next level and deliver a number of key projects such as the launch of a new portal later this year.”

Promotions have also been given to Claire Garner, who becomes SVP research & trends; Stavros Triseliotis, who becomes head analyst and will lead the new industry knowledge department; Ric Wainwright, who becomes technical director; and Tasmin Chatha, who becomes senior data analyst.
