Cloud and DevOps consultancy Steamhaus expects to hit 45% growth during the coming financial year.
The company has welcomed three new team members to service its growing client base following wins including FinTech Paytrix and a multi-year digital transformation project for Sperry Rail.
Steamhaus has hired Graham Pye and Natalia Marek as technical consultants, while James Lang joins as business development manager – taking the company’s headcount to 20.
Pye’s previous experience includes nearly five years working in DevOps and engineering roles at brands including Missguided, while Marek joins from digital transformation and engineering consultancy Infinity Works.
Steamhaus has also recently secured B Corp accreditation, providing global organisations with the assurance that the company meets the highest standards for social and environmental performance.
“We formed Steamhaus in 2015 to help businesses that needed to scale quickly – and we now find ourselves in a similar situation,” said Daniel Faraday-Foster, Steamhaus managing director and founder.
OBI boss: Scaling tech firms now need sophisticated workspaces
“The growing adoption of cloud computing and DevOps methodology has created an increasing demand for the specialist expertise and experience we offer.
“Achieving B Corp status is also helping us to support businesses operating on different scales – be that startups or large enterprises.
“To continue to provide the same level of customer service, which we have built our reputation on over the last seven years, we now need to invest in growing the team.”
