Strategic financier 17Capital has announced an executive shakeup with three promotions.

Raj Shah has been promoted to the role of chief financial officer having worked closely with current CFO Oliver Pritchard in the finance team since 2012.

Pritchard (pictured) will move into the newly created role of chief compliance officer while Alison Franklin has been promoted to chief people officer.

Shah joined 17Capital from Bowmark Capital, where he was the assistant financial controller with responsibility for corporate and fund accounting. 

LDC expands regional team with appointments

Pritchard has served as CFO since 2010 and previously held senior roles at Mourant Group’s alternative assets fund administration business and in Apax Partners’ finance department. 

Franklin joined in 2017 after 15 years at ICAP plc, where she served as HR director for the EMEA global broking division before becoming the global head of talent management for the group.
